| Prices | Property Report: USD 9 (one-time, per property). REYADO Premium: USD 27 per month — no fixed term, renews automatically each month until you cancel; each billing period includes 5 reports, and additional reports are USD 9 each, charged on delivery. Exchange rates and any foreign-transaction fees are determined by your card issuer. |
| Japanese consumption tax | Prices are shown in USD. For customers who are non-residents of Japan, no Japanese consumption tax is charged (the service qualifies as an export-exempt transaction under the Japanese Consumption Tax Act). For customers residing in Japan, the displayed price includes Japanese consumption tax. |

The report is delivered by email once the documents are obtained, translated and analyzed. |
| Cancellation | Once we have started requesting documents from the listing agent, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded at the customer’s convenience, given the nature of the service (contact info@reyado.jp before we start). This does not apply where non-performance is attributable to us. The refund policy below prevails. |
| Refund policy | In rare cases, only one of the two documents (P&L or BS) can be obtained. In that case we deliver a thorough analysis of the available document and support your investment decision as far as it allows — this counts as a completed report and is not eligible for a refund. A full refund applies only if we cannot obtain any financial documents at all. If no documents can be obtained within 10 business days of your order, we refund the full amount automatically — no request needed. |
| Premium cancellation | Cancel anytime from the self-serve billing portal linked in your receipt and confirmation emails. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; there are no prorated refunds, and your included reports remain available until then. |
| Offer validity period | None (no expiry is set on offers). |
| Non-conformity | If a delivered report contains a clear mistranslation or an evident analytical error, we will correct and redeliver it. |
